What I liked and did not like
What I liked
- The public fee table is current and clear. Prices are listed from 30 March 2026, which removes a lot of guesswork.
- Membership pricing is unusually transparent. The club publishes annual and monthly amounts for many categories.
- The setting is better than the price suggests. Marri, Tuart, Eucalyptus, native wildlife, and woodland corridors give it a proper WA feel.
- The redevelopment vision could be a plus. The City is considering clubhouse, hospitality, practice, coaching, driving range, executive course, mini golf, and public-space improvements.
What I did not like
- The transition creates uncertainty. Long-term redevelopment sounds promising, but details are not final.
- Weekend concessions are limited. The green-fee page says no weekend concessions and public holidays are weekend rates.
- It is not a Perth prestige club. Kwinana wins on access and value more than elite private-club polish.
