Nevada Golf Clubs

Nevada golf is Las Vegas golf, and the only number that matters is what you’re paying for a tee time in the season you’re visiting. None of the seven clubs reviewed here charge an initiation fee, and rates swing more by date than by course.

Wolf Creek (4.4) in Mesquite is the outlier and the best golf in the state — a canyon course an hour and a half northeast of the Strip that most visitors skip and shouldn’t. It is worth the drive.

In the valley itself, Arroyo (4.3) at Red Rock is the strongest all-round card, and Chimera (4.2) in Henderson is the value pick against it — our review compares the two directly. Angel Park (4.1) gives you 36 holes plus a lit par-3 course, which makes it the most flexible option for a group with mixed abilities.

Las Vegas Golf Club (4.1) is the city’s oldest course and its most reliable cheap round. Revere in Henderson runs two contrasting layouts, and Bali Hai sits directly on the Strip — the most convenient tee time in Las Vegas and, as our review explains, the one where you’re most clearly paying for the postcode.

Book shoulder season if you can. Rates in March and October are frequently half of peak, and the courses are in better condition than they are in August.
